Provide strategic guidance and counsel to the Dean on matters pertaining to the overall direction and priorities of the institution. Assist in advancing the institution's reputation and standing regionally, nationally, and internationally. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and resource development that will enhance our academic programs, research endeavors, and institutional impact.
Review and evaluate existing academic programs, research initiatives, and support services to ensure alignment with the college's mission, goals, and standards of excellence. Provide recommendations for enhancements, modifications, or discontinuations as necessary.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the institution and advise on strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of our community. Advocate for initiatives that foster a culture of belonging and support the success of students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
